This 10-week program is designed to help you step out of confusion, frustration, or passivity in your relationships — and into clarity, groundedness, and leadership.

Most relationships don’t end because love is missing. They end because truth is missing.

Men are rarely taught how to understand women, how to lead without controlling, or how to stay steady in the face of emotion without shutting down or reacting. Instead, many men either withdraw, overcompensate, or lose themselves trying to “get it right.”

This work is about changing that.

It is about becoming a man who is grounded, present, and trustworthy — who understands himself, understands the feminine, and knows how to create connection, respect, and attraction without second-guessing every step.

This program is for you if you are ready to take responsibility for your experience in relationships — and build something better.

If you’ve felt confused by women, frustrated by recurring patterns, or unsure how to lead without being “too much” or “not enough,” this work will meet you there.

It is for you if you want to communicate more clearly, understand what women actually respond to, and feel more confident, respected, and at ease in your relationships. It is for men who are ready to stop avoiding, reacting, or performing — and instead step into a grounded, authentic version of themselves.

The men’s work in this program is direct, practical, and deeply transformational.

You will learn how to access real presence — not just mentally, but in your body — and how to stay steady and responsive rather than reactive. You will begin to understand how the feminine communicates and what she actually needs, so you can meet it without defensiveness or confusion.

We will work with responsibility, communication, boundaries, sexuality, and polarity — all in ways that are applicable to real-life situations.

This includes developing greater control over your energy and sexual expression, understanding desire and turn-on in a healthy way, and building the kind of grounded confidence that creates trust and respect naturally.

Throughout the program, you will be part of a men’s group container focused on growth, clarity, and accountability.

In the later phase of the program, the women’s group will join for guided interaction and structured relational practice. This is where the work becomes real — where you experience firsthand how your presence, communication, and leadership impact connection.

This is not a passive course.

It requires commitment — to practice, to reflection, and to showing up honestly. There will be exercises between sessions and opportunities to apply what you learn in real time.

The results you get will depend on how seriously you take the work.

Program Details

The men’s group begins on June 14 and runs for 10 weeks, meeting every Sunday.

Each session is held live online from 10:30 to 12:00 CST.

The investment for the full program is $580.

Catheryn Kennedy is a Transformational Relationship and Dating Coach specializing in authenticity, polarity, and masculine–feminine communication.

Her work integrates training in Tantra (with Chantell Raven), hypnotherapy, attachment theory, somatic and embodiment practices, and emotional intelligence. Alongside this, she brings over 20 years of experience as a professional violinist and Suzuki educator — where she developed a refined ability for deep attunement: reading what is happening beneath the surface and guiding people back into alignment.

She is known for her clarity, directness, and ability to challenge men in a way that builds strength, confidence, and integrity — while also creating the safety needed for real growth.
